Nordic Chase - Gravel
“860 km. 8,250m elevation. 5 days to reach Oslo. Unsupported. Unforgettable.”
Race it. Chase it. Do it your way.
Gravel means freedom. Go all out or take on your own mission. Ride solo or with your crew — it’s about pushing limits, finding flow, and owning the journey.
Route Details
Copenhagen to Oslo. 860 km of rugged adventure, 8,250 meters of elevation, and 110 hours to conquer it.
This is the Nordic Chase Gravel Edition — a tougher, wilder, and more remote ultra-distance challenge. Over 80% gravel, more inland, and undeniably more demanding.
You’ll roll out from the lively streets of Copenhagen, head north through the Danish countryside, cross by ferry into Sweden, and dive deep into forests, farmlands, backroads, and remote ridgelines. From gravel climbs to silent lakesides, you’ll experience the raw heart of southern Scandinavia — all the way to Oslo.
Note: The route shown is a draft. The organization is using this summer to check and refine the entire route on the ground. The total distance is expected to remain close to 860 km.

You have 110 hours to complete the course from the moment of the grand depart (08:00 on Friday).
That means the final finish deadline is Tuesday, 18 August at 2:00 AM. -
Riders must arrange their own transport home from Oslo.
The easiest option is the daily overnight DFDS ferry from Oslo to Copenhagen, which allows bicycles onboard.
You can also choose to fly back or take a FlixBus with your bike. We recommend planning this in advance.
📝 Note:
While dates are confirmed and fixed, some location details (like the accreditation venue) are still being finalized and will be shared before registration opens in September 2026.
