Nordic Chase - Road

“+730 km. +5,200 m elevation. 5 days to reach Oslo. Unsupported. Unforgettable.”

Race it. Chase it. Do it your way.

You can go all-in and chase the clock, or take it as a personal mission. Ride solo or team up with friends — this is about adventure, resilience, and community.

Route Details

Copenhagen to Oslo. +730 km of tarmac, +5,200 meters of elevation, and 110 hours to make it happen.

This is the Nordic Chase Road Edition — an unsupported ultra-distance cycling race across three countries, tracing the stunning Kattegat coast from Denmark to Norway.

You’ll start in the vibrant streets of Copenhagen, ride north through Sjælland, take the ferry from Helsingør to Sweden, and push through forests, fishing villages, coastal climbs, and endless Scandinavian summer light — all the way to Oslo.

Note: The route was personally verified by the Organizer, Gregory Sanders, during the summer of 2025. Below are some pictures he took along the way of his trip. While the course is now confirmed, minor adjustments may still be made up until the release of the official race manual, one month prior to the event.

🎉 Friends and family are very welcome to join at the finish line to cheer you on and celebrate your arrival!.

🏁 We’ll be waiting at the finish line until the very last rider rolls in—all the way until the cut-off time—to make sure everyone finishes with the recognition they deserve.

  • You have 110 hours to complete the course from the moment of the grand depart (08:00 on Friday).
That means the final finish deadline is Tuesday, 24 June at 2:00 AM.

  • Riders must arrange their own transport home from Oslo.
The easiest option is the daily overnight Go Nordic Cruiseline ferry from Oslo to Copenhagen, which allows bicycles onboard.
You can also choose to fly back or take a FlixBus or VY train with your bike. We recommend planning this in advance.

📝 Note:
While dates are confirmed and fixed, some location details (like the accreditation venue) are still being finalized and will be shared before registration opens in September.
Use this schedule to plan your travel and lock in your calendar!
